Are you intimidated by the idea of joining a gym? If so, you are not alone. The gym experience can be overwhelming. It can be as confusing as a calculus equation or as frightening as a medieval torture chamber. If you’re a gym novice, you will need guidance and someone to answer all your questions. Is it better to run on a treadmill, bike, or use an elliptical? Do you stretch before or after you work out? What do you wear to the gym? At Everybitfit, we are here to answer those questions and so much more. Reaching out and giving one of our certified trainers a call is your first step in resolving your confusion and intimidation.

The exercise and diet plan we will design for you is meant to be a lifestyle plan, not an overnight fix. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone your body, or build muscle, we will develop a program that will fit your lifestyle and give you all the tools necessary to gain discipline and achieve your goals. If you find that your fitness regimen is not yielding the results you had hoped for, we can reevaluate your fitness and nutritional plan and make modifications. No matter what stage you are at, our training staff will always be there to help you achieve your goals, improve your form, and provide you with health tips.


Have some fun! Pair up, get a few friends, or make new ones! Creating a small group or joining one of our semi-personal training groups can make fitness more fun, affordable, provide motivation, and keep you more accountable. Some of our most successful clients have used our small group training to help motivate themselves and others with similar goals. They provide focus, motivation, and bringing others from your social circle in can keep you accountable, because you become like the people you hang around with the most.


Anyone can take a class at Everybitfit, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, our classes are go at your own pace, and you're sure to get a great workout.

           MUSCLE TONE


No matter your goals, building strength should be a priority for you. Lean muscle mass will improve your metabolism to burn more fat, help with strength and posture, make you look and feel healthier, and improve your bone density. It's important to make sure you have a structured program, and are doing resistance training correctly to promote long and lean muscles. For women correctly lifting will tighten and tone your body and avoid the short bulky muscles.

           CORE STRENGTH

Core strength is paramount for performance, functional strength, balance, posture, and physique. This is why we specialize and incorporate various core strengthening and stabilizing exercises into all of our routines. This reduces lower back pain, shrinks the torso, and increases functional strength and mobility for all of our clients.
