As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and skilled instructor in the International Tae Kwon Do Federation, he exudes expertise in martial arts. Additionally, Danny is certified in nutrition through Dotfit and NASM, specializing in nutrition, weight loss, balance & mobility, and injury prevention and rehabilitation. Zach, the founder of EveryBitFit, has been in the fitness industry since 2008. With extensive experience managing a training department at a large gym, Zach went independent in 2011 to pursue his passion for personalized training.
